The Alexander Technique has been helping people learn how to improve their mental and physical performance for over 100 years. Teaching people how to bring more freedom and ease into everyday activities and specialised ones. This leads to less tension, a reduction in the issues that unnecessary tension can cause and more energy for life as a whole.
This Alexander Technique introductory workshop is led by Jane Toms, who is a qualified Alexander Technique Teacher and University Lecturer. She particularly enjoys teaching the technique and has done so since 2007. She says "seeing people engage with the technique and witnessing the difference it makes to their lives is so exciting".
